Shire Guitars weekend takeover at The Bolthole!

I am delighted to have been invited to the next ‘Maker Takeover’ at the new The Bolthole shop in Ironbridge, Shropshire, in December.

The Bolthole recently opened in the summer as a design studio and home wares shop in Ironbridge Gorge, Shropshire – the Birthplace of Industry and home to a wealth of creative artisan talent.

It’s a colourful, vibrant, inspiring space the management love to share with others, and on the weekend of 5-6 December 2020, you can pop in to not only see me making my hand crafted guitar shelves from scratch, but discover The Bolthole’s collection of carefully curated vintage and handmade items or treat yourself to one of the Queenie’s delicious homemade cupcakes and locally roasted coffee by Iron and Fire in shop’s Cake Bar.

I will be at The Bolthole from 10am – 4pm each day. Please feel free to stop by to ask questions about my work, order a guitar shelf for yourself or as a Christmas gift, or discuss any guitar repair and maintenance requirements you might have.

Welcome to the new Shire Guitars website

I'm pleased to unveil the brand new Shire Guitars website.  It's been created to give a window into the world of Shire Guitars, explain clearly what I do - not just in terms of guitar maintenance and repair but also my work as a backline technician for established artists like Fun Lovin' Criminals, Smokie and Magnum.

The site was designed by my old VERT band buddy Steve Braund over at CWDmedia - be sure to check out his work and if you're looking for anything graphic or web design-wise, he's your man!

I'll be keeping the site updated with news about upcoming offers in the shop and tours I'll be working on - make sure you bookmark and return regularly for the latest news.  As ever, I'm always happy to hear from friends and customers alike via my social media channels, so get in touch!
